A PERSONAL METAPHYSICS
The Light series delves into the mystery of inspiration, exploring the ability to get in touch with the soul , which is an artist's privilege and calling. Along this journey towards the source of her own creativity, the artist finds God in the form of a transformative, universal kind of power that allows her to tune in with herself and think with absolute freedom. The sublime and liberating essence of this experience is then crafted into art and carefully laid on the canvas to preserve its sheer beauty. Often symbolized by the horse or the seagull, the concept of freedom is essential to most of the works in the Light series, echoed by the firm belief that showing and spreading the overwhelming power of free thinking is an artist’s duty.
